Pavilion 75, an all day dining restaurant of WelcomHotel has started their Capital Winter Brunch with unlimited brewed beverage for their guests to enjoy the Sunday’s winter lunch.
Akshay Malhotra, Executive Chef of the Hotel feels immense pleasure in serving an extremely lavish spread including global flavours and a vast variety of seafood as well. We witnessed the wholesome goodness created by the hotel. The spread was displayed at different stations including Seafood grill section, delectable Desserts platform, rich Indian cuisine station, Oriental section etc which are simply a treat to the senses. We were totally mesmerized after looking at the spread only. The salads were loaded with freshness and the presentation and taste worked in tandem. Absolutely Brilliant.
Even kids were enjoying their moment with the brunch offerings like marshmallow and chocolate fountain, mini pizzas, fresh fried donuts etc.
The main attraction of the brunch was the Seafood grill which included sesame Tuna, Salt and Pepper Black Mackerel, Chili Garlic Prawns on the half shell, Mint Spiked Grilled Shrimps and Cilantro Rawas . Oysters, Octopus and trout preparations were also present there as a part of the brunch.
The Indian cuisine section included classic delicacy like Nihari as well along with the other mughlai preparations.
Pastry Chef’s dessert bar is actually not to be missed at all after a scrumptuous meal. Gorgeous presentation and display were a visual treat for sure.
The courteous staff and hospitable service of the hotel were simply impeccable. So do give this fabulous CAPITAL WINTER BRUNCH a try ,I am sure you won’t regret it.
