The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi has recently relaunched their fine “CHERRY BAR” with a bang on 23rd October, 2016. To grace the occasion the very talented, versatile and renowned actors “CYRUS BROACHA” & “KUNAL VIJAYKAR” also marked their presence.
The all set new spectacular CHERRY BAR is ready for its patrons to serve an all new lip-smacking menu along with enthralling and mesmerising live band. Mr. Jaideep Anand, G.M. for the Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi says “The live band featuring Zaara and Dhritiman is a new introduction to our family and we are very happy to be showcasing them. Our aim is to offer our guests with a refined and more enthralling environment in terms of adding to their experience while they stay with us”.
The very talented team of the Hotel has reworked their magic and come up with a new Menu that offers exotic cocktails, premium beverages and exquisite nibblers as well. The recommended cocktails are P&G, Mint Cucumber Cooler. Infusion and Lachd’s Signature are the Mocktails we loved.
The relaunch intends to provide the people apart from the inhouse guests, residing in the vicinity of the Hotel with an opportunity to look forward to an eventful evening with great food and beverages without having to travel great distance. The bar is elegant and relaxed with great view of water features and landscaping of the Hotel. The design features vibrant colors and controlled lighting to set the mood.
The introduction of a live band adds to the whole spirits of Joy to the ambience further enhancing the relaxing environment of the Cherry Bar. A fun and exciting Mixology session with CYRUS BROACHA has been the highlight of the event. Where he also tried his hands on Mixology and made a cocktail called “P&G”, which is a part of the new menu of the CHERRY BAR as well.
Sharing the recipe of the cocktail P&G from the CHERRY BAR.
P&G (Sweet cocktail)
Pineapple chunks. 2 tb spoon
Ginger chunks. 1tea spoon
Fresh lemon juice. Few drops
Sugar syrup. According to taste.
Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a cocktail shaker and then muddle them. Add ice. Then shake vigorously. Strain and pour in a tall glass and top it up with sprite. Garnish with pineapple wedge and serve.
