The Grill room is on such legend which has been serving International standard food paired with amazing wines for years. The Grill Room which was located on the 28th floor at The Lalit , New Delhi has been re-launched on the 3rd floor.
To make things interesting The Lalit Hotel tied up with London’s Michelin Star restaurant Dabbous’s Chef Ollie Dabbous and Mixologist Oskar Kinberg. They have revamped their Signature dishes for the Re launch of The Grill room hosted by Mr Keshav Suri, Executive Director of The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. These dishes along with the cocktails would be the part of the main menu at the Grill room
We always like to do something innovative and path breaking for our guests. From Naanery to cheese wheel pasta to Michelin star Chef, I plan to make it bigger and better, for all the food lovers,” added Mr Keshav Suri,
It was a 4 course dinner with Deliciousness written all over it. Carrot with passion fruit, coriander, almond & saffron was nicely plated and the crunch the seeds of passion fruits added was unique. Charred salmon with toasted cauliflower & sesame dressing was a showstopper. The fish was perfectly grilled with a bit soured dressing with went perfect with the fish .
Grilled lamb fillet, crushed green herbs & toasted gram flour pancake. The lamb was tender and juicy. The dessert was light on calories but full of flavors Strained yoghurt with barley , raspberries, rose petal & pistachio
Cocktails by Oskar Kinberg were very thoughtful. Specially the Gin based cocktails which were Dillusion and Sorrel seems To be the hardest word
