Kama at Radisson Blu, Kaushambi always come up with something new to allure their patrons. This time they are hosting “KEBABS and BIRYANI Food Fiesta” which ensures to please every one’s palate for sure.
Kama at Radisson Blu offers a delectable journey into the world of Indian nouvelle cuisine where they emphasize more on the use the finest and freshest of the ingredients while cooking and the artful arrangement and presentation of food as well. It offers an exotic dining experience, unforgettable flavors of North Indian cuisine where the menu presents a delicious anticipation, consumption and remembrance which is an indeed extremely important factor.
KEBABS & BIRYANI food festival carries a lavish spread of different varieties of Kebab and Biryani. Chef Vishal Nigam along with his culinary team has curated this special menu, enabling his guests to relish the same along with their regular menu as well.
The festival started with an Amouse Bouche ‘Paneer and aloo ki tikki’, along with an array of delectable delicacies.
Zaffrani veg kebab which was loaded with flavours of different spices used in the preparation was definitely one of our favorite picks. Kashmiri tabak Maaz, an ineffably aromatic Kashmiri delicacy of lamb spare ribs was quite impressive though. Paneer Charminar tikka and Kashmiri Phari were the next to win our hearts.
In their Biryani offerings we were just blown away by the Sindhi Biryani as it was simply outstanding. It was the Sindhi version of the Biryani with vegetables and dry fruits cooked on dum. Though being a veg dish it topped our recommendation list. Hyderabadi mutton Biryani and Murg Howrah Biryani were also extremely scrumptious enough to mention. The chicken and mutton used in the Biryani were reflecting the fabulous flavours incorporated to them through the marination as well. The Biryanis were served with Mirchi ka Salan, Raita and Daal, perfect accompaniments.
In desserts they offered Phirni and Jalebi. We opted for Jalebi and they were crisp and awesome. Kama at Radisson Blu has once again impressed us with their delicacies and we came out totally satisfied.
