Kempinski Ambience Hotel has added a new gem in their crown with the opening of “The Pastry Shop”, a sweet stop shop to satiate the sweet cravings of all. It is opened on the ground floor of the Club Tower of the hotel, a perfect location which is hard to be missed.
The pre-launch happened on 30th September in the presence of the entire team of Delhi Dynamos including star players like Roberto Carlos, John Arne Riise and Florent Malouda which made the event even more special. Along with them the media people and city’s food bloggers marked their presence as well. They are officially operating from 1st of October 2015 for all. The launch happened with the specially crafted football cake cutting ceremony by the Delhi Dynamos team. It was an enthralling moment for everyone.
The hotel’s Executive Chef, Rohit Tokhi and Executive Sous Chef, Rajiv Vimal along with their team were the main brains behind the whole effort. With their fabulous creations they won each and every ones heart.
“THE PASTRY SHOP” is a speciality patisserie with aromatic selection of pastries, cakes and breads along with unique delicatessen products. It was a much needed section for the people celebrating their events and special occasions in the hotel. Now they can avail the customised cakes and desserts as per their occasion.
Undoubtedly the launch was a perfect melange of delectable gourmet sweet offerings and old classics with contemporary flavours incorporating recreation of culinary delicacies. There was a vast spread of cakes like Fruit Gateaux, Black forest, Pineapple cake, Tiramisu, Red Velvet, Mocha etc along with pastries, cookies, croissants, muffins and oven fresh breads. Few of them which we tried were the Red Velvet Pastry, Black Forest Pastry, Coffee Mocha and Tiramisu. All of them were just outstanding. Perfectly made and beautifully presented leaving us speechless. The rich flavour of cheese in Red velvet, the perfect balance of the dark berry, cream and sweetness in the black forest pastry and exact concoction of coffee used in the Tiramisu and Coffee Mocha cake were worth praising and are a must try as well. Those having a sweet tooth simply can’t afford to miss them.
So’ YES’ the pastry shop is definitely recommended to all. Give it a try I am sure you won’t regret at all. So do visit this place for sure and indulge yourself into this lovely sweet indulgence.
